Universal Care was founded on the belief that the majority of elderly, infirm or disabled people much prefer to remain in their own homes wherever possible.

A fully independent company, we began in 1986 and have grown steadily over the years to the extent that we now enjoy the support of a large, dedicated team. The work of carers, nursing auxiliaries, care managers and administrative staff is co-ordinated to provide the complex services that meet the needs of all our clients.

We offer a nationwide live-in care service as well as Daily Care throughout Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. We are pleased to continue working in the public sector for a number of local authorities alongside our private work. Fully registered and recognised with the relevant bodies, Universal Care also plays an active role in many local and national associations. We are proud of our place as a leading provider and a strong voice in domiciliary care services.

Universal Care is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection who inspect agency services against the National Minimum Standards. Universal Care also meets the high standards which are required by membership of the UK Home Care Association (UKHCA) and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
